£9,000 p/a - 17.5 hours per week
The Independence Imitative are pleased to announce a job vacancy for a Community Outreach Worker (P/T) to deliver a quality person-centred assertive linkage service working as part of a team linking residents of our transitional housing units and other local people in recovery into a range of community activities.
The person appointed will work 17.5 hours per week. This will include all weekends with update meetings during the week. The hours worked at the weekend will be devised in advance based on the needs of the residents.
The successful candidate will be given a full induction but ideally you will have similar experience in another setting. A self-starter that can show the initiative to work alone but within the needs of the organisation.
