Work Placement Visit
The Independence Initiative is always willing to be proactive with school pupils that are on work placements. If their placement is with an associated project we are more than happy to show people around.
One recent example of this was a visit from Kate. Her placement was with Sefton CVS, a partnership organisation of the Independence Initiative.
Following her visit Kate said “Thank you for letting me come and look round, I really enjoyed it. It was interesting to hear about what you do, it really inspired me and I can’t wait to get back to school and tell all my friends. Again, thank you for letting me come”.
Hopefully Kate will be inspired enough to eventually work within this sector.
Good luck Kate!
