Jim has over 28 years experience in financial management and administration in a variety of roles.

At the Independence Initiative, reporting directly to the CEO, assisted by a dedicated admin team, responsible for budgeting, monitoring performance, credit control, supplier procurement and negotiation, invoice production, management accounts and all statutory company returns.

Jim is also responsible for co-ordination and day to day management of all support services within the organisation encompassing all administrative and personnel duties.
